Bagwell and Biggio, a Hall of Fame package deal? Here's one vote against that.
Houston Chronicle (blog)
Which would make about as much sense as Ron Santo getting voted in the year after he died. Really, the landscape of the Hall of Fame is liable to undergo changes – good or bad – that nobody truly can claim to foresee. Bagwell had an upswing of support

My fiance and I both would like to have a baby, except that my Blood Sugar Levels are still fairly high, My last HBA1C was about 9.1.
I would like to know what are some ways of getting my Diabetes under better control faster, so that I can have a better pregnancy and by not putting the baby at so much risk?

What about Ernie Banks and Ron Santo? What about the multitude of Hall of Famers NOT on a World Series winning team? Isn’t it PITCHING that has been the bane of the Yankees’ post season? Or is Ted Williams undeserving of his MVP and his Hall of Fame selection? What gives?

My list includes:
* Luis Tiant – one of the best of his day and his stats are almost identical to Catfish Hunter.
* Ron Santo – one of the best thirdbasemen ever.
* Jim Rice – anyone who thinks this guy doesn’t deserve to be in the Hall doesn’t know anything about baseball.
* Ted Simmons – The forgotten great catcher, check out his stats if you get a chance.
* Bert Blyleven – If Don Sutton is in, Blyleven should be in. You don’t get that many wins by accident.
* Jim Kaat – Actually hurt his chances by playing 5 years too long (as a reliever) but if Blyleven gets in, Kaat has to get in.
* Tommy John – Take a closer look at his stats. His best years are better than a lot of current HOFers best years (Jim Bunning anyone?) and if Blyleven and Kaat get in, you have to put John in.
* Lou Whitaker – This one kills me. One of the best secondbasemen ever – he got screwed.
* Alan Trammel – One of the best shortstops ever.
* Andre Dawson – Should be in already.
* Gil Hodges

Here’s my list
1 – Pete Rose
2 – Ron Santo
3 – Bert Blyleven
4 – Jim Rice
5 – Andre Dawson

Ron Santo and Bert Blyleven. Am I right or wrong on any of these? Who do you think will be inducted?
