Yes of course you can always volunteer at walks and other events around where you live or sign up to be an advocate!!

you could become a camp counselor at a diabetic camp and insipire diabetic children. i think that is more substancial than a monetary donation.
i joined the campaigners for diabetesuk , writing to our politicians about how and when more money would be available for our pct’s(primary care trusts) and research into diabetes,you could try that if you live in the uk
The first two answers are good and you can also donate to the diabetes association as they do a lot of good things for diabetes.
