Im 14 and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in October after the trauma of a major operation. I can’t do much exercise at the moment because of the operation BUT I feel like I’m getting fat because I have to eat more for the diabetes. Know any good exercises to do to lose weight AND control my diabetes without straining my back? Complicated I know, any answers will be gratefully received thanks =]

    If you can walk just go walking. Also, try to eat fruits, veggies, and etc to keep the foods going but reduce calories and fat.

    it is really hard to lose weight with diabetes. it took me a long time. you have to work twice the amount soemone usually does and keep your blood sugar at a good level. good luck!

    If you have type one I doubt you are getting fat. It is hard for type one diabetics to gain weight.
