A petition for Ron Santo to be inducted in the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame
Ron Santo has hung up on the Hall of Fame and disconnected. After missing out again Wednesday in voting by his peers, the former Cubs third baseman will turn his attention elsewhere. Ron Santo is a loved public figure here in Chicago and is an admired baseball player around the world. His career numbers are good enough to put him beside his peers in Major League Baseball’s Hall of Fame.
The vote is coming up for the 2007 induction ceremony and we want to make sure that Ron Santo’s name goes down in history alongside his peers.
